Chore Bingo
In this activity, students review common household chores through a fun Bingo game. They will practice speaking English while learning different ways they can help at home and become responsible Home Helpers.
Game: Chore Bingo
- The teacher starts with a warm-up following the whiteboard suggested topics.
- Give each student a Chore Bingo card.
- Review all household chore vocabulary together.
- The teacher calls out a chore or shows a picture card.
- Students find and mark the matching picture on their Bingo card.
- Before marking the square, students say the chore aloud using the key phrase.
- The first student to complete a row calls “Bingo!”
- Continue playing until several students complete their cards.
- Review all vocabulary together at the end.
