Long ago, people didn’t have the same things we do today! Join us on a journey to medieval times to discover amazing inventions called innovations. We’ll see how people used their creativity to solve problems and make life easier! Get ready to be surprised!

Build a Windmill

  • The teacher will introduce the activity and the materials to the students. Ideally, there should be one windmill for every 2 kids, so they can work together on it.
  • The teacher will show the video about “Medieval Inventions”.
  • The kids will use the materials to build the windmill following the windmill tutorial video. The kids and the teachers can adapt the project if they want. The tower doesn’t have to be a tube; it could have another shape, like a milk box.
  • The kids can paint it, draw on it, or glue origami paper on it to make it more beautiful.
  • Instead of glass balls, it can lift paper, pencils, or even just a paper cup.
